I’m From Texas and my car was overheating and thought I had to take it to a mechanic and be stuck in Colorado when I needed to be back. Dan and Dylan helped me out and came in clutch. They were also so nice it was amazing. Wouldn’t be making it back home if it wasn’t for them!
You guys and girls that work at the Estes Park O'Reilly's or amazing! Daniel (dano)has been a rockstar and helped me top to bottom with my 04 runner. He's helped me in a tight spot on and off the clock. Thank you to these guys for employing such great people I know I can rely on them anytime thank you guys!😁
I was stranded with a bad battery and Dylan was great. He came and replaced my battery. Did a great job! Thx Dylan!
Ryan and Daniel were fantastic. Spent 350 here for brake pads, oil, filter, jack and jack stands. Ran into an issue with one ofy calipers, and Daniel drove it over to me, since I had my stuff disassembled. Great customer service, would recommend.
Wonderful customer service from Dylan! He was very attentive, helpful and honest. He is my contact when I need anything at this great store!
