I can't say enough great things about the O'Reilly Auto Parts in Estes Park! I was visiting from Phoenix, Arizona when my truck developed a problem with the transmission shift cable. I was worried I'd be stranded or facing a very expensive repair. Store manager Ryan, along with Collin and Dylan, jumped in right away. Ryan,Dylan,Jordan and Alex at this store are awesome I was 1000 miles from home and my Jeep broke a rear control arm and trash the brakes these guys drove to get my parts ,(3 1/2 hrs away) and supplied all tools even helped me finish up the job. It's wasn't on their job description to offer just good folks that really care about others Thanks guys my wife and I appreciate it
Ryan, the manager, went above and beyond when our car was overheating on vacation. He helped us out and figured out the diagnostic codes and helped us get new spark plugs so we could get on the road again. So grateful! Definitely come here for any car needs!
The best experience I’ve ever had at a car place. Rented a car from Alamo down by the Denver airport. Long story short our car stopped working because coolant fluid was out. Somehow our truck didn’t have a cap on it and the fluid was running just straight out. We were trying to make it to oreillys before our car stopped working but made it just down the road.
