Ryan was amazing today helping us fix a flat tire while we are on our anniversary vacation trip. Definitely recommend a store for courteous and kind assistance.
Ryan and Dylan were our personal life savers when my vehicle broke down on a weekend trip to Estes. They went above and beyond to diagnose my problem and get it fixed so we could make it to a concert safely and home after! I can’t recommend this store enough and Ryan & Dylan specifically helped my peace of mind so much. They sold ne what I needed and helped install it without hesitation. I will always come to this shop if I’m in the area!! 5 stars isn’t nearly enough!!! 100 stars from me!
We were on vacation from Michigan after going up the mountain and coming back down all kinds of lights came on on my grandsons 2013 equinox, Engine light, warning engine power reduced, etc. we drove to this store to have it checked. Workers put the gage on it and we needed intake and exhaust modules( I think that is what it was called). We could buy the parts but had no tools to fix it and a 2 hour drive back to our Airbnb. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I feel this experience warrants one. I was in Estes Park helping a customer whose truck had broken down. They were on a tight budget, so I volunteered my own time to perform the repairs rather than having the vehicle towed. We replaced the steering gearbox, power steering pump, and multiple power steering and hydroboost lines, and stopped by this O’Reilly store to borrow a power steering pulley puller through the loaner tool program.
