Good customer service helped me find what I was looking for
I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts because my check engine light came on. The only way to clear the light is to plug in a diagnostic machine, which my son usually does for me. To make a long story short, he wasn't able to do it for me - but neither was O'Reilly! The clerk at the counter was the only person on duty and couldn't leave to do it. I did see several people on the floor loading stock and another guy who was outside smoking, twice withing the time I was there. So I bought new wiper blades and left. Billy is the man! Purchased some wipers in this snowstorm that were the wrong kind and he helped me get what I needed. He even came out to help me out then on. 10/10 would recommend. :) Thanks Billy! The new wipers are amazing.
