Always able to get everything I need
Iam getting tired of how the employees treat me when I call. Noone should be treated this way. I can tell right off the bat they hate their jobs, I really wish I got the guys name he Got upset with me because I forgot too give him my account name before he looked up my part . I wasnt even done talking and he hung up on me . Iam starting too think its the manager of the store. This has happened 3 times now and iam over it I will take me business somewhere else
Allison was wonderful, she puts the customer first! That’s why I come here and not auto zone because of the great customer service
