Dwayne provided excellent customer service. I had just gone through the car wash and broke both my windshield wipers off. He looked up in the system the receipt of the wipers I had purchased at a different location a few weeks ago and was able to comp them for me without me even having to ask. He put the wiper blades on for me quickly and with a great attitude. It made what could have been a frustrating experience be very easy and pleasant. Thanks, Dwayne!
