Stopped in for a rear windshield wiper after the last cold freeze ate mine. One employee was ringing me up when another asked if I wanted help installing it- it was bitter cold out. This employee had my rear wiper installed before I even finished paying for the part. Top notch. They also offer a military discount and have multiple locations around town. Would recommend!
I’ve always had good experiences at the O’Reilly’s on Dowling, but my last visit was extremely frustrating due to one employee. He was an older, shorter man with white hair who seemed irritated and unwilling to help from the start. I clearly asked for 5W-30 oil, which wasn’t on the aisle and needed to be brought from the back, yet he repeatedly questioned my choice and kept pushing 5W-20 despite me saying multiple times I didn’t want anything else.
