Great place!!! Very helpful, specially Xavier, is hard to find great service. I will say they have the Best Customer Service. I will give them a 10+
I went to the Haines City store to get a specie brand of battery for our car. The most influential reason for the five-star rating is Luis. What impressed me most was his attention to detail. He asked questions before committing to sell, install or recycle. He shared relevant personal experiences. He worked quickly. He installed the battery in a way that it did not mess up my car computer settings. He held very amicable conversation. And he sought alternatives that fit the car and my budget.
