I was one minute after 9 if even a whole minute in need of a headlight after bring pulled over so u wouldn't get fine! Worker refused me service which would have taken 2 minutes max! What happened to local friendly shops! Went to advance auto parts down road and they unlocked doors for me and beat there price! O'Reillys needs new employees or there policies are not consumer friendly. They only care about getting out as soon as possible!
