Ordered full rotors and pads for my parents because the ones on there suv are grinding and the rotors are warped. But yet "elle" at this store decided to try to tell them that you do not have to replace the rotors just rotate them and that its.not normal to have to replace rotors, guess what. Its a 22 with 60k miles, the rotors are worn, if you work at an auto parts store atleast get your info correct and stop telling people things that's incorrect.

The guys in here are always super helpful. I have 3 different headlight bulbs and couldn't figure out which one was out so they came out to the car and looked at the lights, pulled the bulbs out and checked them
