Came in yesterday with vehicle troubles, Jeff was very helpful explaining what was going on and what to get done. Ended up needing to come back today for another part, and he was super helpful in figuring out what my best options were for pricing, where to get it installed, and how to get it all done for a fair price. Super nice guy and extremely helpful, I cannot thank him enough for his help.
Jeff is awesome. I came in for windshield wiper fluid - he was busy with other things and still chatted with me about what to get & was even kind enough to fill it up in my car for me. Super appreciative of my interaction with him and his help. Great guy. Will definitely be back to this store in the future because of him!
I needed a battery, & it was New Years day, & O'Reilly in Sauk was open!! The employee @ the counter (Jeff), was just awesome!! He checked my alternater, battery, & starter ...& told me I needed a battery. After I bought a new battery there, Jeff expertly removed the old one, & installed the new one. The estimated time was supposed to be 40 min. - 1 hr. Jeff did it in about 15 min!! It was a great experience, & Jeff is a great asset to O'Reilly Auto Parts! THANK YOU, JEFF!
