Rant! O'Reilly in Mt Pleasant is a joke! We purchased batteries for our Ram 2500 2 yrs ago. The young man came out & installed both batteries in about 15 min. 1 of those batteries stopped working, bad cell. Went back there today as they had a 3 yr warranty. The DEI employee told us they would not swap it out as it was a 40 minute job(huge eyeroll here) & that it had to be installed by a "Professional".
