Every experience I've had at this store has been positive. The staff are amazing, especially Clayton. He is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I've gotten great advice when it comes to products, and he has taken time out of his day to help me with minor work on my vehicle. I couldn't be more happy with the service and expertise. I am certainly a loyal customer!
Nothing like a HOT August day, with two toddlers and your car claiming it needs coolant NOW. Stopped in O’Reillys and John was amazing he checked to make sure my car wasn’t overheating filled my coolant and helped with my oil as well. He was so nice and extremely helpful. He also didn’t make me feel awkward from me having no clue where anything on my car was. Such a great experience in a not so great situation and I was back on the road quickly feeling very grateful. Will definitely recommend this store and John!
