The Wisconsin Rapids store has a so-called parts technician who specializes in being extremely unprofessional, rude, impolite, condescending and refuses to correct errors they make on parts, such as selling two left side front suspension parts instead of one left side and one right side, then refuse to make good or refund, accuse people of writing bad checks all the time when their machine can't read the check even though the Bank says it is good.
