O'Reilly's is our go-to place for auto parts so I was deeply disappointed about what happened today. I stopped in because my signal light went out. I expected to go in, buy the bulb and them replace it for me like they have done in the past. I bought the bulb then was told they wouldn't put it in because they were short handed. I saw 3 employees and I was the only customer there. I returned the bulb and went to Autozone where they gladly got my blinker going again!
I got the most helpful service at the pleasanton location. Sweet young man john. Very patient an nice. THANKS JOHN
