From the time I walked in the door I was greeted and asked if I need any help, explain my needs and conditions and was helped by the salesperson. And even demonstrated the merchandise that I later purchased because of his interests in me and his kindness and help
Michael was super helpful and has a great attitude with customers! Valvoline oil change really screwed up my shit and Michael helped me twice to figure out what I needed to buy and what I needed to do, to get my car back to working order! I give him Major props for his customer service!
