Worst store I’ve ever tried to order parts from. How are you still in business. Ordered the wrong parts the first time, came in the 2nd time and they didn’t ever put the order in, then offered to order them again? Really? Thanks “Manager” Cameron K for your awesome customer satisfaction guarantee �
Always get the wrong parts. Then they try to blame it on the customer rather than claiming fault.
We took our car here and they told us they couldn't put our new battery in because the terminal was too corroded and the guy kept making an excuse about having to go outside. We took our car instead to Advanced Auto in New Lex and they poured some stuff on the terminal after checking the battery which O'Reilly's didn't do, and took the terminals off and put our new battery in, no extra charge. I understand the weather is bad right now but this is our only vehicle. Thank you Advanced! We know where to go from now on!
