I’m from Canada and heading back home I ran into car troubles that stopped me from continuing my route. It was a Sunday and all garages were closed, Oreilly Auto Parts was the only shot I had to get home. Bob helped me find and install a temporary solution that got me home safe and sound! He did not even want to accept a tip afterwards because it was against company policy. Good people like Bob deserve all the promotions this business has to offer. I’ve never witnessed an employee care for clients the way Bob does.

Cordial and expeditious. Helpful and patient with the less than knowledgeable mechanic..... me.
Service was good, got the parts I needed, but I get to the front desk and the desk guy has been drawing swastikas on his notepad, when I asked "what's up with that" he was like "oh just doodling". Not trying to get anyone fired but that sort of thing is unacceptable and I won't be shopping here again.
