The regional manager Zimmerman was quoted in paper about the store opening saying “ O’Reilly will bring a competitive price, top-notch inventory and customer service will be a pleasant surprise to customers, he said.” He was WRONG!! Customer service SUCKS. The lady ( think her name is Tes) behind the counter has so much attitude and treats people like crap!! We will NEVER return and will share our experience with others in the area. Elkhorn Nebraska is not that far away!
I will never patronize this store again. After being treated like crap today. I have always gone there...will never go there again.
