Staff was NOT helpful at all. I came in looking for windshield wiper blades for my Hyundai. I told him what I wanted. After making a comment about how bad Hyundai's were as he was looking up the blades... He pointed to where they were. Didn't offer to help me find what I needed... I asked him if any of these blades would fit.. he told me "pretty much". Didn't tell me what size I needed or anything. He walked away from me. This was really the first time I had a bad experience here.
Wonderful experience! Nick was very helpful to us last night and even showed us compassion and understanding .He went as far as letting us borrow is own personal tools to fix our car. He was very attentive to our needs. He helped us get the parts we needed and shared his knowledge. We are very greatful to him.
Excellent service. Enjoyed their recommendations.
