I have had a commercial account for 15 years. Today (7-9-26)put a sour taste in my mouth with O'Reilly's all due to Natalie. First the unprofessional manner and appearance. She then did not bother to seek the part I needed just dismissed me saying " We dont have it". One would have thought she would seek help from coworkers as she proved the lack of understanding or knowledge of her employment.
