I needed oil, oil filter, air filter, and windshield washer fluid for my car. My Granddaughters Fiance was going to do an oil change for me. I'm 70 years old and a widow, so I don't know anything about my car, or needs and I have to say, the fine gentlemen that waited on me made the trip so effortless for me and also, took the parts out to my car for me too! That's a 10 out of 10 in my Book! Thanks GUYS!! 🤗

Today we parked outside of this oreilys to fix stuck calipers and brake pads.. it was a nightmare to remove.. An employee named Zack went above and beyond and helped us get the job done.. lent us a hammer and physically made it happen!!! Shout out to Zack!! We need more Zacks in all @oreily's!! Im from Texas and we appreciate you!!
Went in yesterday due to my battery light being on.It was due to my alternator.They were very helpful and Zac honored their warranty no problem. The process was quick and easy after the day I had this was the biggest blessing.They charged my car battery since it was drained due to the alternator going out so I could make it to my destination on top of that my phone was almost dead and even allowed me to charge it so I could have a phone when I went to drop my car off to be fixed in case of an emergency.
