took my battery in to be charged it was only 9 months old and they said they'd call me in an hour so I waited an hour and a half and called she said it's charged and ba so I went in to pick it up and they had burnt the battery terminal half way through the battery by over charging it
This place sucks they have horrible customer service! This is the second time my family has waited way too long in line while they talked to each other or helped a customer who came in after me! Can't wait to complain to corporate!
