Recommendedwe had such a horrible day yesterday when my Ford Explorer died and we had to replace the battery and alternator, it died at Wendy's but we managed to get over to O'reilly's and Oscar and we don't know the name of the guy that did the mechanics for us, but we finally got it home, it wasn't keeping the charge but we found out what the problem was and it's all good now, thanks you guys! And thanks for supporting our Military and giving my husband the Veteran's discount. You all were so awesome!

Many reasons I will never shop at this store again. I enjoy almost every other Oreilly I've been to but their customer service is horrible.
