Very good store with dependable staff. The manager tested old battery, sold new battery, and installed in less than 20 mins. He then tested the alternator twice and sent me on my way.
…the knowledge of some of the employees is 1 star rated for sure…seems like there needs to be more education. I have taken a couple of batteries over in the last year to get tested and were told they are no good. It turns out that was not the truth. I followed up with another store somewhere else and the battery was good. They are not motivated to help you find the correct answer and only want you to purchase new.
