I stopped in at the Rockport location for a part I needed. After I explained to JC what I was looking for, the part was ordered. Next day I picked up my part(liftgate support) and tried to install it myself. Well...that didnt go over too well. I called the store and thankfully got JC on the phone. He came out to my home to install the part and now all is Good!! Who does that?! What great customer service! Thank you for setting the example and making Rockportstrong!
