We went in right at closing time wasnt sure exactly what parts we needed? Jessie took his time helping us figure out what we needed didn't rush us didn't get aggravated at us for coming in right at closing time,(which most employees would)Jessie got the parts we needed except for 1 He gladly ordered it for us, it was there the next morning for us to pick up. I needed a bolt for my brake caliper. I pulled in at 8:50 and removed the bolt so I could match it up. We were about to walk in and they locked the door before we could get inside. Now, I understand that they were getting ready to close, but at least acknowledge your customers that are trying to shop at your store. I buy a good amount of auto parts for my self and customers I have, so I will just take my business elsewhere from now on. If you shop here, don't expect good customer service.
Staff helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond to help me.
