I was sent to O'Reillys with a list, I had my 11 month old with me. The lazy worker pointed to were the items were. She thinks her job is to hold up the counters and do the minimal I guess. Last but not least, she told me this pipe was probably too long and if I would like to go check first, instead of offering to carry it for me, I had to hold the carrier and part, so I set the car seat down and left my baby inside. They conveniently "LOST" my son's phone number in their system which would prove that he bought a BRAND NEW starter with a LIFETIME WARRANTY a couple months ago!! They refuse to replace it!! DO NOT TRUST THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM!!
