Stopped in at O'Reilly's to purchase a new car battery. Shawn found the battery I needed, I purchased it, and he very professionally installed it in my car. which was much appreciated. Great work ethic and attitude, Shawn! Thank you for all your help.
I went to this location to purchase a battery for my car. I didn't have the correct tools to remove the battery and bring it in for the core charges. But, the customer service rep was very helpful with finding the right ones. I ultimately ended up purchasing the battery from Walmart, but O'Reilly will always be my "go to place" for tools and other parts.

This O’Reilly Auto Parts store is SUPER! The store manager Tracey waited on me, helped me find what I needed. She even installed the new headlights for me! These folks provide excellent customers service with a smile.
Only 2 employees and 1 got lost in the back looking for something, so the one lady was the only one working the counter and going to test vehicles. Ridiculous
