Always there when you need parts
Had my Subaru break down less than a mile away, and thought my battery had died. Stopped by and Colton helped me out, and he was awesome. He tested my battery and alternator, and they were both good. Turns out a radiator hose had disconnected, and he helped me get the coolant I needed. He was super helpful, and was the only good part of my car breaking down
Stopped in at O'Reilly's to purchase a new car battery. Shawn found the battery I needed, I purchased it, and he very professionally installed it in my car. which was much appreciated. Great work ethic and attitude, Shawn! Thank you for all your help.
I went to this location to purchase a battery for my car. I didn't have the correct tools to remove the battery and bring it in for the core charges. But, the customer service rep was very helpful with finding the right ones. I ultimately ended up purchasing the battery from Walmart, but O'Reilly will always be my "go to place" for tools and other parts.
