Richard was great! I appreciated his friendly help running diagnostics to make sure all I needed was a battery. I am thankful for Steve Howell from Howell's Automotive recommendation to go there as he was already closed.
Unhelpful rude would not recommend dealing with them parts guy acted like he didn’t care if he helped anyone at all
While traveling to Valdosta, I heard a large noise on my back left tire. I checked in my side mirror and saw a piece of trim flapping in the wind. I was able to arrive to the Dublin location and was assisted by Hunter and Christian to take care of my problem. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get back on the road without any problem. These guys were great! So thankful for their heartfelt service and concern to do such a great job of repairing the trim on my car. Thanks guys!
Southern Hospitality at its best! It’s extremely difficult and stressful when your car suddenly breaks down and parts are needed to repair the broken parts and you are a person just traveling through an unfamiliar place. The staff at this location are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and understand how to deal with an anxious customer from out of town The parts , not only were in stock , but even the part that was not , the staff check other O’Reilly stores to locate part availability and pickup/drop off ETA’s.
