Their warranty policy is trash. I bought a truck with an Oreillys battery that was still under warranty and they would not honor the warranty because it wasnt under my phone number. Also their battery testers and the people using them are garbage.
You have a product that I as a truck driver need, will not sell to me. Shameful. I am out here and away from my family to take care of yours.
Recommendedthey was so polite the young man came out check my battery told me it was bad so he put me another battery in he was so nice and so polite I will never go to another auto parts store it will only be O'Reilly's
great people . Gina is one of the Best. Fast service very concerned about there customers. Picnics in the summer invite everyone . Overall just great people
