Came in for a battery replacement and Jay made it a smooth and quick process. Now I can get to work the next day and my car is fixed. Thanks to oreillys and Jay for the great service.

I went to Oreillys to pick up a part and when i got there i asked Jay if he had knowledge regarding a certain issue on my model car. Jay stated do you have the car here if so let’s take a look at it. Jay went above and beyond what i expected him to do. I appreciate him willing to help me with my problem although he didn't have to. Jay figured out what the problem was on my car and sent me on my way with how to resolve my car issue. Thank you Jay!
