Walked in store looking for after market lug nuts for my truck. While I didn't know the exact diameter of the lugs I needed, I asked if they could put the kind of truck I have in the computer. The first guy had zero clue what a tuner (after market) lug nut was so he called over another man. This guy said same thing; that I had to know diameter. They wouldn't even try to look it up for me. I did comment that just because I am female that I'm not stupid and I'd take my business elsewhere. I'll never darken their doorway again.
O'Reilly ' s in brownwood tx stole $100 from a old man and would do nothing to investigate it when the accusations were brought forth. You'll never get my business again.
