Very bad service on Alan's part, it seems that a high school boy and rude to people treats them as if they were morons, besides the fact that he doesn't have any knowledge of cars either, they are practically asking for pieces from someone who doesn't even know what is ordered for his customers, as well as how I think about this, I highlight that the other young blonde lady who has served me on other occasions they does professionally serve customers
Oriellys is as you expect, they’ve never not had or been able to get what I need. I have 6 different vehicles and 3 trailers so I’m always needing something.
Two days ago my friend stopped into a different auto parts store where a current O Reilly's employee was working. She stated the man told her it was his last day there and he was starting at O Reilly's this week. Therefore, this review applies to where he's working now. She drives a 2011 Jeep Patriot that is burning oil like crazy. I am not in town and cannot help her. This employee told her that despite her oil cap and her vehicle calling for 5w-20 oil, that she should add 10w-30 to it to "slow the burning down." Are you ki... read more
