Spend probably thousands here at this location restoring vehicles. They know me as the Scout guy. The counter help this past year is horrible!!! Today, they wouldn't take back a pair of defective LED turn bulbs because I didn't still have the Packaging. He said he needs the package to sell them again... A bad set! He also told me he could get them to work if he hooked them up to a battery but he wasn't going to give it the effort. To heck with brick and morter stores, I'm buying online exclusively now.
Great people who, great products
Stopped in tonight when it was just barely drizzling rain and needed to see why the check engine light was on and to get the battery tested in my daughter’s car. Kyle and Cameron at the Aiken store were super pleasant and helpful! After realizing one of our problems was a bad battery, Kyle installed the new one for us. RecommendedI went into O’Reilly Auto Parts today & the manager Tony helped me. I had told him I recently got a new-ish vehicle & he checked all over the car & under the hood. Put in oil, checked the filters, everything! Helped my blessed soul 😂😂 He also price matched everything he could! He explained things to me on what to do & when to do it. I am so glad to have a auto parts store that will not take advantage of a woman who has no idea what she’s doing 😂 10/10 recommend. Ask for Tony!! Thanks Tony!

RecommendedWe were on our way home from vacation on June 8th traveling from Colorado to Missouri and broke down on I-70 19 miles from Manhattan, Ks. We called this store and Matt went above and beyond to get us what we needed to get fixed and back on the road. I am sure thank you is not enough!
