I still have the same set of incorrect plugs, contacted Austin district manager , Zack Quote store manager , all told me it would be taken care of after 30 years of buying good at Orielys , and when Mike Roberts was manager you didn’t get the incorrect parts and no refund for spark plugs and three times of having to go back and forth, for a simple set off spark plugs? I got the ceramic brake pads that were not supposed to leave any brake dust. I paid more for that option and I was not pleased with the results. My front wheels were covered in brake dust after I installed the new pads. I feel like I was scammed by paying extra for ceramic and got standard instead. I returned them and went with Autozone and their ceramic brake pads had zero brake dust.
Had a great experience here last night. Stephen went above and beyond to make sure I got the right parts for my car. He even went the extra mile to make sure I found help to replace the parts. It was an amazing experience especially since my family lives hours away. WAY TO GO Stephen!!
Bought wipers for our truck , the young man helping me was great and installed them as well
