Young female with curly hair, very rude and impatient. My Wife asked her to help change her headlight bulb. The woman was sarcastic and said "it looks like they're on the side, I guess I could try." She couldn't figure out how to change the bulb, my wife had two other bulbs that needed to be installed and the employee gave up and said it won't go, then went to get another employee.
