Went in today to order break pads for my ford edge. Assistant manager started taking my order. Went through all the particulars. Phone ring he stepped over took the phone call and started taking their order which was much more elaborate than mine. Didn't put them on hold to take care of the customer in front of him.Instead , he took care of the phone order. I walked out without completing the transaction.Went to advanced auto with absolutely no problem.
