We were 5 hours from home and our check engine light came on. We knew we had to find an Oreillys. Thank God we found this one! Larry diagnosed our issue and installed the parts we needed. He was the nicest guy! Thank you again Larry and O’Reilly’s!!!!
I honestly wish I could enter this place without Larry (the general manager) acting like we're pals. Like, bud I'm not your friend, I don't know you, are you lonely or something?? xDD Other than that the staff are pretty knowledgeable, decent prices I guess, idk.
When I call asking if you have something I’m calling asking you to do your job, I called and asked for a paint she said they had it, drove from Sparta to Tomah and get there and the paint was not on the shelf. When I call I want you to check not look at your computer inventory your too lazy to update
