I am new to the area and I went to the store in Mineola to get my battery tested. There were 2 gentleman behind the counter. They were rude, and there was no doubt they didn’t want to be bothered. My battery was bad. They didn’t want to loan any tools. I left and got my battery at Walmart. Since then, I have talked to several people here in Mineola. I had my truck battery quit on me July 4 in 100 degree heat so I went to this O'Reilly to get a new battery. The sweet lady at the front named Brittniey was not only kind but extremely helpful and insisted on doing the installation herself. Normally I'd expect someone to be grumpy doing that kind of work in this heat on a holiday but Brittniey was pleasant and even funny, cracking jokes along with me while she replaced my battery. She is definitely a keeper and I appreciate her hard work!
