Not impressed at all today. Stopped by to show a pic of msg that came up in car about low coolant. One person ran and hid, the other told me it needs to probably be taken in for servicing. No other assistance.
Very helpful friendly staff.
Had a headlight out and they aren’t as convenient to replace as they used to be. My receipt says the gentleman who helped me is named Riley. He checked out the light to make sure it wasn’t a special one and then took out the old one to compare it to a new one. Once I bought it, he didn’t mind replacing it for me, so I was ready to go. Customer service like that isn’t common these days and he definitely didn’t have to replace it for me. Thanks again sir.
