Would rather refuse sevice to someone who works at the competition, then SELL them a part to help a stranded motorist on the interstate. Customer service and helping thr community is clearly not high on the priority list.
I want to thank Allen at the Kerrville store for excellent service today! He got me in and out quickly and was very friendly. He was a bright spot in a bad day. The entire staff was helpful and got me out of a tough spot today.
