Followed the instructions of the local manager after a minor issue stating we would be fully reimbursed from oriellys. After we have to pay the local dealership repair costs bring the invoice for reimbursement...que the “what are you talking about I never said any of that”. General manager refuses any assistance, regional manager will not return any phone calls. Way to lose customers Oriellys, nicely done
