Was waiting for the store to open this morning to spend a considerable amount of money on parts because you had the ones I was hoping to install today in stock. I was told I had to move, before they even opened, because I was profiled for the vehicle I drive- so I took my business elsewhere.
The team is great to work with. Their assistant manager Robin does a great job directing the team
Ordered a starter and was told it would be here next day, went to pick it up and they said it was lost but they'd put a rush on it and get it here the next day. Next day rolls around and low and behold they still don't have it. How hard can it be to ship a starter!! So, went to Napa and got it rushed, had it by the end of the day.
