I ran in to get some parts on Saturday evening at about 5:30PM 7-4-18. The first problem I had is that even though I didn’t need any help no one asked if they could help or even acknowledged the I was in the store. The second problem was the use of the f-word. I cuss but I don’t stand around dropping f bombs in front of a customer. The third problem was how the customers that had been in before me were being talked about. A couple employees are great. Some are young punk kids that dont know the difference from a nut or bolt. Ive made 8 total trips getting a brake part that still dont work due to poor quality. Brake best brand. I ordered a new brake booster\ master cylinder brand new. Takes a hr too install. Come to find out. It dont even work. Now a extra hour plus for labor and a day waiting for its replacement. You would think that when dealing with one of the most critical safety features of a vehicle ( brakes ).
