RecommendedI broke down on my way to my Grandmother's for Thanksgiving and managed to make it to this location. I was 2 hours from home and had no resources close by. The staff was kind enough to do everything they could for me to try and fix my car. Read codes, replaced parts, went don't the list of possible problems and exhausted all their resources to try and fix it before my tow truck arrived to tow me back home. They welcomed me and made me feel at home. Thank you!

Thank you to the wonderful customer service I received today! My Jeep was broke down and had a nice gentleman come test the battery out which was actually good. He helped me find the Jeep Specialist number in Galax. You guys really went out of your way today so thank you!! Will be doing my shopping there from here on. Happy 4th of July weekend!
The store hours for Sunday are listed in till 9 p.m., at seven minutes after eight the open sign was still on but the door was locked. An employee walks out of the back sees me at the door refuses to answer the phone and then walks back into the back.
