I went to O'Reilly's to get a new filter and have them check my car battery. When the employee was finished checking the battery he had a problem closing the hood. Another employee was coming outside, making fun of his co-worker who was trying to fix the problem. Three employees tried to fix the hood and a man that doesn't even work at the store finally got my car hood closed. The whole time the employees/boys were working on my car they were cussing and dropping the F-bomb, as a customer I thought it was very unprofessional... read more
