Slow customer service
If you go to this location do not rely on the short old lady with short hair because all she will do is take 30 minutes in the bathroom knowing you're waiting and then come out on her phone and smile at you and walk away. I work in a parts department and I know when a customer walks in it doesn't matter what I'm doing I stopped and asked them if they need help or what they need.
The Gentlmen who helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. He was efficient and no messing around. Straight to the point. No upsetting either. He showed me all the options and I was able to choose the right option. I highly recommend. I went to Advance Auto a few minutes before and the clerk told me she couldnt help me because she was the only one on register. Meanwhile there was a man standing in the back. So I left and came to O'Reilly because Pep Boys was closed as well.
Friendly staff very nice auto parts store.
