The store manager JC at the O’Reilly on about the 3700 block of Tamiami Boulevard in Florida He is an awesome employee. He’s very helpful and he was extremely knowledgeable and it’s really good to walk into an auto parts store where the person you’re speaking with has that much knowledge about cars. Great service, recommended,
I was very stressed out today with My battery died at a client’s house. Eddie was super nice on the phone to me and when I went over, his assistant was equally nice. They were honest I didn’t need a new battery, but I feel so comfortable with them that when I do, I will be back to O’Reilly auto parts.
Auto parts store we like to buy from when we need something. Staff was friendly. They helped me out.
