Store manager was extremely rude when I asked to change the name of my commercial account and threatened to close it because i “don’t buy enough” even though I’ve been shopping there for 5 years. Appalling and unacceptable behavior
i had a terrible experience at o’reillys i needed help finding parts for my car and a man named JC didnt look like he wanted to help me i’m a clueless girl when it comes to parts and i just needed some advice to better help to see what i need fixing, his attitude was disgusting never coming back here
They speak perfect English at this store!!
