Opened a dealer account in Lafayette, In last week which happens to be next door to my business. I am In Florida now and need a battery. Called Naples Tamiami Tr store and found my dealer listing was not in the system yet and I would have to pay retail. I asked if I should go to Auto Zone to get the discount and he said yes. I asked if he were a manager. No, the manager would not be there until Tuesday. Said he did not have a choice. Not a good business decision IMHO. Some profit is always better than none‼️🤬
They have name.brand parts verses rebranding from others part stores.
