I had an absolutely awful experience at the O’Reilly Auto Parts in New Britain. I came in regarding a warranty issue for my motorcycle battery which I had purchased there. Yesterday, one of the associates tested my battery and charged my battery but told me that since it wasn’t holding a charge, I should come back today to exchange it under warranty. I am absolutely furious about the way my boyfriend and I were treated at the O’Reilly Auto Parts in New Britain. He went in to deal with a simple warranty issue for his motorcycle battery, something that should have been quick and straightforward. Yesterday, one of the employees tested his battery, confirmed it wasn’t holding a charge, and told him to come back today for a warranty replacement.
