Terrible even more terrible im asking for pricing and I get yelled at by the only Spanish speaker that was working tonight because he said he was having a bad day ...we'll maybe you need employees who actually wanna make sales ..he pushed me right out ..Will not be coming back ..it's sad really cause I was just asking a question...

I had an absolutely awful experience at the O’Reilly Auto Parts in New Britain. I came in regarding a warranty issue for my motorcycle battery which I had purchased there. Yesterday, one of the associates tested my battery and charged my battery but told me that since it wasn’t holding a charge, I should come back today to exchange it under warranty.
