I was told that they weren't allowed to hang a poster of my Missing animal. I guess you wont need my business for auto parts again will you.
I was told they couldn't get an ECM for my truck, with out ever being asked for the VIN number. The guy who answered the phone acted if I was interrupting his morning coffee and couldn't be bothered to look a little deeper. Called St Francis store and was immediately asked for a VIN and a few other vehicle specifics. Had my ECM ordered 15 minutes later when I drove up and paid for it. I'll take my business to the st Francis location from now on.
