William was absolutely amazing!!! Got me back on the road in no time! Its been a long day and he made it so much better!! Thank you for being YOU!
We came from out of town and our headlights weren’t working on our car. We thought it was an electrical issue because both were out at the same time. Minh helped diagnose the bad bulbs and installed new fuses! He was very helpful and super fast. This was actually my first time going to O Riley’s but, now, won’t be my last. Thanks a bunch Minh!!
Just a great store - only complaint is I think they could do with better product signposting in the store to help customers navigate.
William has definitely got your back!
Stopped by store in Niceville at 4:30 and 100 degree. Jonathan checked the electrical system. Gave me suggestions where to take care to repair the problem. Very helpful, polite and acted like he cared about this 71 year old lady.
