Been a faithful customer for many years until today! Just moved to the Athens area I have been in that store twice and both times worst customer service I have ever had!
So helpful! Glad they were there when my car check engine light went on. I was able to quickly understand what was the likely problem and if I could safely drive to the shop or needed a tow.
When I went to this parts store, the service was amazing. I’ve never had a parts store have service quite like this place, I do recommend coming here and openly explaining and talking about the problems you’re having if you have issues knowing about a part or if your unsure about something.
