Purchased a battery from them that morning after telling them that the car won't start. They suggested getting a stronger cold cranking amp for winter cold. But before buying, they never told me that once the battery is connected to a vehicle it's non-refundable. Went ahead and got it before knowing. Took it home, still won't start. Brought it back for refund. They say no refund because it was connected to the car which I never knew till AFTER I had bought it!.
